1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GoFish Siliguri's website and services at goofish.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Area

GoFish currently delivers within Siliguri city and surrounding areas within a 15 km radius. Delivery availability is subject to route coverage and may vary. Orders from outside our service area will not be accepted.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Prices may vary based on seasonal availability and market conditions.
  • Product images are representative. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
  • Weight mentioned is approximate pre-cleaning weight. Post-cleaning weight may be 15-20% less depending on the cut type selected.

4. Ordering & Delivery

  • Orders are subject to product availability. We will notify you if an item is unavailable.
  • Delivery is same-day within Siliguri. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible but delays may occur due to weather or traffic.
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. Perishable items cannot be left unattended.
  • Minimum order value may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Payments

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online transactions are secured by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure. GoFish does not store any card or banking credentials.

6. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All orders placed through your account are your responsibility. Report any unauthorized access immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GoFish Siliguri, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of GoFish and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoFish Siliguri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
